DOI : 10.21566/tarbitderg.280240 - This study was conducted to determine hybrid dent corn varieties with high yield and low grain moisture at harvest, high economic value suitable for Tokat Kazova and Zile conditions. In the research, fifteen single hybrid dent corn varieties were used. The experiment was conducted by the randomized complete block experimental design with three replications in Tokat Kazova and Zile conditions in the 2014 growing season. Tasseling period, harvest period, plant height, grain moistures of cultivars in the physiological maturity and harvest, single ear weight, 1000 kernel weight and grain yield were investigated in the trial. The highest grain yield per decare was obtained from SNH 8605, Korimbos varieties in Tokat-Kazova conditions and from SNH 8605, 34 N 24, Diptic varieties in Zile conditions. According to two locations results, PL 107.3099, LG 30.597, ADA 351, Diptic, 34 N 24 and KWS 6565 had shorter harvest period and early given grain moisture content. In the research, 34 N 24 and ADA 351 in Tokat-Kazova together Diptic in Zile conditions had earlier maturity and give grain moisture rapidly among varieties with high yield.
